I started Keto as a last resort before I seriously considered surgery. I was 297lbs and I knew I NEEDED to change. I hated the way I looked in the mirror and hated ever taking full body pics. My self-esteem and confidence were at an all time low.

I started working out November of 2018 and my weight didn't change much. My cousin mentioned she was doing Keto and I should look into it. I softly researched it and decided that's not for me. A little over a month passed with no real change and one day a thought came to mind, Keto. This time I seriously researched it and in January 2019 I decided to give it a try.

With lots of RESEARCH and constant learning I'm proud to say I'm living the Keto lifestyle. I've learned so much about food and why I had years of fluctuating weight. The lack of knowledge of what I've been consuming held me down or up.

In 10 months, I'm down almost 80lbs; my goal weight is 170lbs. I am more than confident that I made the right choice to follow through with this lifestyle. I tell anyone who wants to listen that Keto is real and it works.

I've coached others to help them reach their personal goals. I also complied all my research and helpful hints to create the "Keto Quick Kit". In addition, I'm proud to introduce the all new Tiffiey's Keto Kitchen; A low carb / Keto meal prepping service. So there's really no excuse not to try.
